Arrangements has been concluded by the Lagos State Ministry of Tourism ,Arts and Culture and the Ministry of Youth and Social Development as well as Eledumare Vision Photography Agency Limited etc to celebrate Lagos on the platform of arts, creativity and beauty.
This celebration is in commemoration of the state which turns 55 this year. The grand event is scheduled to hold between 27th of May – 29th of May,2022.
Speaking to us, Mr Segun Ajayi, the great exponent of “ART ECONOMY OF LAGOS” and creative director and principal managing partner @ Eledumare Vision Limited praised the Lagos State ministries involved for supporting the project, saying it showcases their love for Lagos and willingness to contribute to its greatness and prosperity.
According to him Nigeria and others has a lot of untapped art and creative resources to enjoy from the nations economic capital to be showcased during the forthcoming exhibition and urged all and sundry to grace the event in their overall interest.
The event titled “ART EXHIBITION TO CELEBRATE LAGOS AT 55 ” as we are told is a mix-bag of Art, Fashion runway, book launch and exhibitions with the theme :” ART ECONOMY OF LAGOS”.
On how he would be participating at the art and creative extravaganza, Mr Ajayi said Eledumare’s participation will ” include: Digital Visual ,Fine art, ‘Video-graphy’ and Still Photography”, saying that his projects execution is within and outside Nigeria and that some of the out-puts would be exhibited.
According to him “I am going to showcase my fine artwork collections/Photo documentary of Lagos state monumental places, people and culture” ;maintaining that people who think they know Lagos are invited to look again because from his own end it would be mind blowing.
Segun Ajayi Emmanuel has been in the game for quite some-time and is well known in the art and photography industry and says he has done services for MTN Nigeria ,MTN Cameroon, MTN Benin Republic, Towncriers Events Agency, Keskese Marketing Company, Soundcity Urban Music Channel, MTV Base Nigeria, HIPHOP World Awards, Made Men Magazine, British American Tobacco (BAT),Nigeria Music Video Awards(NMVA),First Bank Nigeria among others.
