Japaul Gold & Ventures Plc: Listing of Japaul Gold & Ventures Plc’s Private Placement of 8,000,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 50 Kobo each at N2.50 per Share Offered through Private Placement

Trading Licence Holders are hereby notified that an additional 8,000,000,000 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each of Japaul Gold & Ventures Plc (Japaul or the Company) were listed on the Daily Official List of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) today, Monday, 9 September 2024.

The additional shares listed on NGX arose from Japaul’s Private Placement of 8,000,000,000 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each at N2.50 per share.

With the listing of the additional 8,000,000,000 ordinary shares, the total issued and fully paid-up shares of Japaul have now increased from 6,262,701,716 to 14,262,701,716 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each.
