The Governing Council of Pan-Atlantic University (PAU) has announced the appointment of Dr. Peter Bamkole as Deputy Vice-Chancellor Administration, effective June 19, 2024.

Dr. Bamkole, a seasoned administrator and entrepreneur, previously served as Chief Operating Officer and pioneer Director of the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) at Pan-Atlantic University.

With 39 years of experience in both public and private sectors, Dr. Bamkole brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. He holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the International School of Management (ISM), Paris, and an MBA from IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain.

He is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School’s Chief Executive Programme.

Dr. Bamkole is a respected consultant and thought leader in entrepreneurship development, with extensive experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.

He serves on several boards, including Zenith Bank, Nigeria Plc, Nigeria Climate Innovation Centre, International Breweries Foundation, Global Entrepreneurship Network, Nigeria, Novare Real Estate Investment Nigeria, and Lagos State Research and Innovation Council. He is also a fellow of the Society for Corporate Governance, Nigeria.
