Following the resignation of Mr Michael Dogo as the Managing Director and Mr Olugbenga Olasogba as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of UnityKapital Assurance Plc.
The board has appointed Mr Babatunde Oshadiya as Acting Managing Director, while Mr Olabode Okedun was also appointed Acting Chief Finance Officer.

Unitl the new appointment Mr Oshadiya was Executive Director Operation and Mr Okedun was Senior Manager Accounts.
