TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc has reported a loss per share of N9.06 for fourth quarter of 2025, bringing the full-year loss per share to N50.59.
The company’s revenue declined 27.4% year-on-year, driven by lower sales volumes and weaker product pricing across its business segments.
The company’s gross margin increased marginally to 9.1% in fourth quarter of 2025, but EBITDA and EBIT margins contracted due to a decline in other income.
Net finance cost decreased 49.3% year-on-year, driven by lower interest on bank overdrafts and elimination of interest on import loans.
The company recorded a loss before tax of N580.59 million and a loss after tax of N3.07 billion in fourth quarter of 2025. Analysts expect 2026 to remain challenging due to persistent competition and softer product pricing.
