PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc has announced the appointment of Oludare Ebenezer Elusakin as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective November 11, 2024. Elusakin replaces interim CFO Brian Egan, whose contract expires on the same date.
Elusakin brings over 18 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and management, having worked with top multinationals such as Unilever, Diageo, and Royal Philips. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Egan will exit the company on December 20, 2024, after serving with dedication and professionalism. PZ Cussons Nigeria expressed appreciation for his contributions and wished him well in his future endeavors.
