Unilever Nigeria Plc, has released its board of directors meeting schedules for the 2023 financial year.
According to the schedule that was submitted to the Nigeria Exchange Limited (NGX), the board will on Thursday January 19, 2023, consider and approve its unaudited financial result for the fourth quarter ended 31, December, 2022, and review of its Nigeria business lines against current business operating environment.
On Thursday March 16, 2023, the board will consider and approve its audited results for year ended 31 December, 2022. Thursday 20 April, 2023, will be for the Consideration and approval of unaudited results for the first quarter ended 31 March, 2023.
The schedules also showed that on Thursday 20 July, 2023 will be for the consideration and approval of unaudited results for second quarter ended 30 June, 2023.
While Thursday 19 October, 2023, will be for the consideration and approval of unaudited results for the third quarter ended 30, September, 2023.
