Nigerian Breweries Plc, has declared an interim dividend of 25 kobo per ordinary share each, for the period ended September 30, 2020.
The register of members closes on November 23rd, while payment date is December 1st, 2020. the Interim dividend is subject to deduction of the appropriate withholding tax.
This will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear in the register of members as at 20th of November,2020 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Meanwhile, the company has urged shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is available at https://firstregistrarsnigeria.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/E-Dividend-New1.pdf , complete same and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
Also shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed, or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar.
