Flour Mills Shareholders To Get N2.15 Kobo Dividend

For the financial year ended March 31, 2022, the board of directors of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc has proposed a final dividend of N2.15K for every share of N0.50K, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on 12th day of August, 2022.

The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Monday 15th August to Friday 19th August, 2022.

On Thursday 8th September, 2022, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Friday 12th August, 2022 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.

Meanwhile shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on the website of the Registrars: https://cutt.ly/omRvDAg, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.

Also shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed, or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar.

The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held at Grand Ball Room, Eko Hotel & Suites, Adetokunbo Adeola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos on 7th September, 2022 at 2pm.
