Eterna Plc has taken a major step towards strengthening its balance sheet and accelerating growth, with the formal signing ceremony for its ₦21.52bn Rights Issue.
The ceremony, held on December 2, 2025, marks a significant milestone for the company, which has seen strong financial performance in recent years.
The Rights Issue, approved by shareholders earlier in the year, will support the expansion of Eterna’s retail network, enhance its lubricant blending plant, scale up its LPG assets, grow its aviation fuelling operations, and drive key ESG initiatives.
It will also provide operational liquidity to navigate market volatility and position the company for long-term competitiveness.
The company has seen a 71% revenue growth in 2024, and continues to build on its momentum in 2025.
This capital raise marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Eterna Plc, as it looks to drive strategic growth and expansion across its business segments.
